❌ Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our products are fulfilled directly from our suppliers and shipped internationally, we are unable to process returned items.

We kindly ask customers to review product descriptions, specifications, and shipping times carefully before placing an order.

Refund Eligibility

Although we do not accept returns, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations:

1. Damaged or Defective Product

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Photo of packaging

  • Order number

2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

3. Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 45 days (international) or 20 days (domestic) from shipping confirmation, you may request a refund.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

🚫 Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Delays caused by customs, courier, or weather

  • Minor color/size variations due to screen display

  • Customer changes mind after shipping

  • Product used or opened

⏱ Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
